'Mind Over Machine' finds many homes.....

First off I'd like to say I've been having a blast here at deviant. When I first got on, I really didn't think much of it, as I thought it'd be like all the other sites. But I was wrong!!! This is the most amazing art community I've been a part of, the communication and respect is inspiring and humbling. So thanks to all y'alls

I'd like to now say thanks to Nestalgica and Aeires for suggesting and featuring, respectively, a piece of mine called 'Mind Over Machine'. The response I got from that daily deviation feature was nothing less than astounding. I honestly thought there was a numerical error with my message box! Because when I went to bed last night, it was 0, and by this evening it was at 1200!!

So this is huge thanks for all of your amazing comments, and adding this piece to your favorites.

And lastly, I little bit more about the piece. Initially it was a sketch for a class, to show a trianglular composition. From there it moved to competition mode, as I entered into the CG Society 'Spectacular' challenge. So I worked on this 'monster' for about three months, retooling, recomposing, tearing down and building back up. I got good responses at CG, and made it to the last stages of the challenge, but the other guy won So to bring it here, heck, it feels like I won something here! Thanks again all you guys and gals, stick around, more stuff coming!!
