I think there's a fine line between being too independent, and being self-centered.
In one way, you have to be alone much of the time to create, say a piece of art. But that may lead to cutting yourself off from everything else.....ahh, such the predicament! Ok, I'm off to get fresh air  This was done in photoshop and painter in about two days. Now, get back to creating, but don't get self centered!!  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes.
