First things first, Halo rules!! It's obviously my inspiration for this one... But secondly, it's the idea that when it comes down to it, fighting is a deeply personal thing. It's a harsh thing to think about and reflect on. So I'm portraying this soldier taking a step back, while he can, to take it all in. The Uncle Sam poster on the wall does in no way indicate that the soldier is American, but does indicate the continuous 'want' for military defense, in any country, or on any planet for that matter.
This is amazing, and the helmet of the soldier reminded me of Master Chief/spartans. I love the textures and the colors used to create the mood. Awesome job :3.
This is amazing. Theres so much texture in there. I can never be bold enough to work so sketchily. I especially like those rake brushes. Did you make them, or do you know somewhere I can download some?
The textures and mood are awesome... I've really just got into making my own brushes in the past week, and I'm loving it. You can do so much more when you don't rely on other people's for sure.
